Introduction to Robotics: During the introductory session, children become familiar with basic robot design, construction and programming. They build their first robots, and learn the programming language to make them work. They complete several fun challenges along the way. Ages 6- 9, $65 (2-Hour Session) Ages 10 and Up, $75 (3-Hour Session) Advanced Robotics: Over four sessions, children work on several projects to prepare them to build and program robots on their own. Participants learn advanced programming and construction techniques, including line following, building for speed and power, getting two different robots to communicate with each other, and more. During the final session, participants apply all they have learned, to build their own Racer-bot and race against other competitors. Cost$250. Membership Program: The Membership Program provides an opportunity for highly motivated children to continuously develop engineering, programming and problem-solving skills, beyond the Advanced Camp level. Club members attend weekly sessions and work on theme-based activities throughout the year. There is a flat monthly fee which includes 4 sessions per month.
